Puzzle Master Privacy Policy

Puzzle Master is a riddle and puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. You can play the whole game without an account.

Information kept only on your device

Your progress, coins, achievements, settings and language choice are saved on your device so the game remembers where you left off. This stays on your device unless you sign in (see below).

If you sign in with Google

Signing in is optional. It lets you back up your progress and appear on the online leaderboards. When you sign in, we use Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication (a Google service) and receive:

• your name and email address from your Google account, and
• an account ID that identifies your save.

While you are signed in, we store in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore):

• Your cloud save: game progress, coins, achievements, settings and high scores, so you can restore them on another device.
• Leaderboard entries: your display name (your Google account name, or "Player"/"Anonymous" if none) and your scores for the weekly and Blitz leaderboards. Other players can see these names and scores.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, a notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging is stored with your account ID so we can send game reminders and news. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's Settings.

Game Center

If you use Game Center, Apple handles your Game Center profile, achievements and leaderboards under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID.

Purchases

Coin packs are bought through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details.

What we don't do

• We don't show ads in the iPhone and iPad app.
• We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't use your information to track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or microphone.

Keeping and deleting your information

Your cloud save and leaderboard entries are kept while your account is in use. To have your account, cloud save, leaderboard entries and notification token deleted, contact us through the support page below and we will delete them. You can also sign out at any time; information kept only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Children

Puzzle Master is for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is described above. If you believe a child has signed in and want their information removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
